There are many advertisers who get paid big bucks to entice people to spent their hard earned money. Those people aren't afraid to "skate" the ethical line and grossly exaggerate the results you can expect. You need to be careful what your expectations are when you go in.



Most anything you can get whether it is some type of supplement or some type of procedure will only do so much and usually it will only do that in conjunction with losing weight the old fashioned way; diet and exercise.



I don't care how cleverly the ads make it look or disguise the fact that you will need to be willing to make some changes in order to see some changes. So, you basically have the choice of getting a product that can help you lose weight or you have a procedure that can help you sculpt your body and refine your results after you have already lose your excess body fat. It's up to you to choose.



Truthfully, there is no reason you can't use both: use the supplement to help you speed up the results you see with diet and exercise and then when you've lost all the weight you can but still have one or two trouble spots you can use a procedure like liposuction or Cool Sculpt to finish up the overall look you want to get.



No matter which weightloss new method, or old, that you choose remember to talk to your doctor and remember to keep realistic expectations about what is really possible.
